Agency PK replacements/No Shows
If you have an agency no show, we can replace after 10 mins with any official host you like, the family they are in does not matter. Please inform @Venus who is replacing in PK issue chat or ask there for replacement help.

Basic PK Troubleshooting
1. Ensure you and your opponent follow each other before the PK time. It is suggested that you send them a quick DM as well to inform.

2. To line your opponent, select the pacman in the bottom right corner, select line and then use the search bar to type opponent bigoID.
​
3. If blue bars appear by their name, it means they are live. Continue to line opponent.
​
4. If there are no blue bars, they are not online. Please notify management. If you have a replacement, notify the replacement's bigoID or if you need help sourcing a replacement, please say so.
